To get rid of combat symptoms like sneezing from seasonal allergies it is mandatory to know what it is and how does it triggers. When our body's immune system reacts to what it believes to be a harmful substance and it triggers allergen and from there the allergy begins. At this step the histamine is released and it acts as an invader. Depending on what their bodies interpret as foreign different people suffer from different form of seasonal allergy. The harmful substance for allergy may be anything like pollen, dust, grass or anything which triggers allergen, in fact it differ from person to person.

Methods to get rid of it:The drug companies are marketing millions of ant allergic over the counter drugs but you don’t need to take those medicines. Here are few points just follow it and ensure an allergy free life.

Evaluate your diet: Proper nutrition is the first step to get a good immune system. So ensure that you are consuming balanced diet so that you will combat with all the allergens.
Take excess of essential fatty acids in your food which will lower the symptoms from seasonal allergies. In fact study reveals that essential fatty acids and flaxseed help reduce allergic reactions in many people.

Vitamin C has a role of lowering histamine in body. Hence don’t forget to take adequate vitamin C with your diet. Hence start taking lots of fruits and vegetables that contain vitamin C to ward off any potential problems.

Keep a close eye on the pollens and molds, because these are the triggering agents of allergy. As far as possible try to avoid from those triggering agents.  Always keep the windows and doors sealed tight to prevent seasonal allergies so that you will not keep in contact with those allergens.

Wash your clothes as quick as possible when coming in from the outside during pollen season. The pollen which causes allergy are of microscopic size and you can’t            see them in naked eye. Hence it is always advisable to wash the clothes properly. However if you are gardening, then you are more prone towards the triggering agents. So wash your clothes with hot water and don’t take the clothes to your living area.

Wash your head before bed so that pollen will not be trapped into your hair. So wash your hair before going to bed to ensure a good night's sleep.
